  • We do not offer direct billing, however, clients can submit their session receipts to their insurance companies for potential reimbursement.

FIRST NATIONS HEALTH AUTHORITY

First Nations Health Authority
  • Counselling for individuals with First Nations Status in BC
  • 22 hours of funded counselling hours.
  • Available to BC residents.
  • Service is not available to individuals from self-governed nations.

 

REDUCED FEE COUNSELLING

Book with provisional counselloor
  • Delivered by Provisional Counsellors | $90 / 60 min session
  • Provisional Counsellors have completed their masters degrees and in the process of obtaining their professional registration.
  • Fees for this service are not eligible for insurance reimbursement.

LOW-COST COUNSELLING

Partner Schools
  • Delivered by Student Counsellors | $30 / 60 min session
  • Student Counsellors are in the process of completing their masters degrees.
  • Support for individuals facing financial barriers.
  • Fees for this service are not eligible for insurance reimbursement.

 

PRO-BONO COUNSELLING

Partner Schools
  • Delivered by Student Counsellors | No Charge
  • 8 sessions of counselling free of charge for individuals facing financial difficulties.
  • Available from October to March during regular business hours.
  • Fees for this service are not eligible for insurance reimbursement.

CRIME VICTIMS ASSISTANCE PROGRAM

  • Mental health support for victims of crimes, funded by the province.
  • Available to both direct and indirect victims, including family members and certain witnesses affected by the crime.
  • Eligibility is not dependent on the perpetrator being charged or convicted, focusing on the victim’s recovery needs.
ICBC
Motor Vehicle Accident Counselling Services
  • Counselling services for individuals injured in a motor vehicle accident, helping with psychological recovery.
  • Clients are eligible for up to 12 pre-approved counselling sessions, with potential for more based on individual needs.
  • Coverage applies regardless of fault in the accident.
