For individuals & families

Culturally safe care, grounded in resilience.

Individual, couples, and family counselling with a counsellor who understands intergenerational healing, informed by Indigenous wisdom and Western practice.

Counselling is a conversation about your life: what's working, what isn't, and how you'd like things to be. Our counsellors work with you to find balance across all directions of the medicine wheel, the physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual, drawing on deep understanding of the strengths and resilience that already live within you and your community.

Coverage & funding

Counselling, often at no cost to you

Through the First Nations Health Authority's Mental Health & Wellness Program, counselling is covered for eligible clients, so many people pay nothing up front. Our counsellors are FNHA-approved and registered professionals, covered by most major insurance providers, and we also work with extended health, band and agency funding, and private pay.

FNHA Mental Health & Wellness

Through the First Nations Health Authority, eligible First Nations and Indigenous clients in B.C. can access professional counselling to support their mental health and wellness, often at no up-front cost.

Extended health benefits

Many workplace and private extended health plans cover counselling sessions. We're glad to help you check what your plan includes before you book.

Band, agency & private pay

We also work with band and agency funding and private pay, so cost doesn't have to stand between you and the support you need.
