What's included
A counsellor who gets it
Our team brings professional, educational, and lived experience, so you're met with understanding, not judgement.
Care on your terms
Sessions weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly, in person, by phone, or by video. You decide how much support you need.
Feedback-informed
A quick check-in each session helps your counsellor adjust, so the work stays focused on your goals.
Counselling, often at no cost to you
Through the First Nations Health Authority's Mental Health & Wellness Program, counselling is covered for eligible clients, so many people pay nothing up front. Our counsellors are FNHA-approved and registered professionals, covered by most major insurance providers, and we also work with extended health, band and agency funding, and private pay.
FNHA Mental Health & Wellness

Extended health benefits
Many workplace and private extended health plans cover counselling sessions. We're glad to help you check what your plan includes before you book.
Band, agency & private pay
We also work with band and agency funding and private pay, so cost doesn't have to stand between you and the support you need.
