Steady support when a call lands hard.

When your workplace experiences a serious or traumatic event, we provide rapid, layered, trauma-informed support, for the people directly affected and for the team around them.

Difficult events are part of many workplaces. What happens next matters. Our critical incident response brings coordinated, culturally safe support into the days and weeks after an incident, so people aren't left to carry it alone, and so support is there for the long tail, not just the first conversation.
How we respond

What's included

Rapid coordination

A single point of contact helps you decide what's needed and mobilises the right clinicians quickly.

Group & individual debriefs

Facilitated sessions for affected teams, plus confidential one-to-one support for anyone who wants it.

Follow-up care pathways

We don't disappear after day one. We connect people to ongoing counselling and check in over time.

Be ready before you need us.

Many organizations set up a response agreement in advance, so that when something happens, support is one call away. We'll help you build that plan.

Good to know

Common questions

How fast can you respond?

Response timing is agreed during planning. Having an arrangement in place ahead of time is the best way to ensure rapid support.

Do you support the whole team or just those directly involved?

Both. Critical incidents ripple outward, so we plan support for those directly affected and for the wider team and leaders.

What happens after the initial response?

We build follow-up into every response, connecting people to ongoing counselling and checking in as needed.

For organizations & communities

Let's build wellness together.

EFAP, workplace and organizational wellness, and culturally safe crisis response and programs for First Nations communities.
